This is spot on. I consider my own walk with grief and everything I tried to run away from it, smash it, learn from it and make peace with life. My list shares items from yours but is just as individual as one might imagine. I didn't do plants but anyone could have taken a white glove to my home, choose a surface, high or low. And I had two dogs. Sure, I was a wreck but no dust bunnies.
