Shannon--I know of a very inexpensive airbnb rental (the entire house) that's less than a four hour drive for you ==and you could drive on country roads to get there.

It has a beautiful pool, a super comfortable bed and reclining couch (you can keep your legs up) You would have to bring in your own food but the house features a nice outdoor kitchen. There are two lovely dogs to pet and turkeys and chickens in a pen for Sophie to interact with. If this might work for a vacation for you, text me and I'll give you the ID# for the website.
