My daughter lives in a condo complex in North Carolina that has a small yard in the back of each unit (fenced and gated) that opens to a huge dog park area.

Her dog is a jerk but the other condo owners need only look out to see he's running around and they wait until he's done. He does have one buddy which is nice. He's a mid sized dog and his buddy is a pit bull x rottie. His jerkiness doesn't extend to trying to whip on dogs three times his size. The buddy dog is teaching my daughter's dog to play better with others.
