If anyone suggests that I get over myself, as regards how much I need to clean to have company over, hasn't witnessed my house

I was taught what company ready was (everything perfect) and that it shouldn't take more than half an hour to make it so.

Haven't had anyone, except my own kids, over in years. I'm too old for all of that now.

If we want to get together with friends it's at their homr, at a restaurant, or to ser my siblings we all go in on a lavish airbnb.
