Great story, Robert. Anytime anyone can highlight the plight of elephants I'm a fan.

I just watched a nature show with info about elephants. Elephants exhibit "handedness" and usually wear down one tusk in their life of knocking down trees for food, etc.

I thought it was an interesting fact so I'm sharing...not correcting. I'm sure elephants break tusks as well as wearing them down...

but isn't it cool that science can determine that an animal has a wired in preference for one side over another, just like us!
