Thanks for sharing your story. I think I have a bit of a different take on this. It seems to me that the two mature students were bullying you. Their beliefs were being shoved at you as if you had no thoughts of your own. As I read I wished for you to put an end to your discomfort by telling them your own take on the workings of your God.

Isn’t that for each of us to decide? I don’t need anyone hitting me over the head with their religion. Thanks but no thanks.
